What is a Funnel?

A sales funnel is the customer journey from first click to final conversion. It's how you move prospects from awareness to action using a sequence of steps, each with its own role in persuasion.

Go High Level's funnel builder boasts a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface. You can easily string together different elements like landing pages, opt-in forms, email sequences, and checkout pages to create your ideal funnel.

What makes up a funnel?

• Landing pages to capture attention and information
• Thank-you or offer pages to guide the next step
• Follow-up sequences through email, SMS, or voice
• Conversion tracking to measure what works

Getting Started

To get started using the Go High Level Funnel Builder:

1. Navigate to Funnels

   In your sub-account, go to Sites → Funnels in the left menu.

2. Create New Funnel

   Click "+ New Funnel" and choose to start from scratch, use AI to help build one, or pick from ready-made templates.

3. Add Funnel Steps

   Once you create a new funnel, add steps. Each step is an actual page. You can also import pages from ClickFunnels if migrating.

4. Edit in the Builder

   Use the visual funnel builder to drag, drop, and customize your pages. That's it—you're ready to start guiding leads through your funnel!

Page Structure

Each funnel page is made up of the following pieces that need to be created in this order:

• Sections — The largest containers that can house multiple rows
• Rows — Horizontal containers that can house multiple columns
• Columns — Vertical containers that can house multiple elements
• Elements — The actual content pieces (text, images, buttons, forms, etc.)

Using the Page Editor

• Click the + sign on any element or section to open the left-hand menu and add new elements
• Click on text or images to edit them directly on the page using the right-hand menu
• Click the + in the top-left corner to open the full element menu with sections, rows, elements, buttons, and prebuilt sections
• Drag and drop everything onto the screen and click to edit

Using Templates

Go High Level comes with pre-designed templates for dozens of industries. These funnel templates are fully editable and optimized for conversions.

How to use templates:

• Browse the funnel templates library when creating a new funnel
• Select a layout based on your goal: lead capture, sales, or onboarding
• Click "Use Template" to import it directly into your workspace
• Customize with your branding, content, and images

Key Funnel Sections

For each funnel you can access these tabs:

• STEPS — View all your funnel steps or pages
• OVERVIEW — Edit or Preview your funnel step
• PRODUCTS — View products associated with the funnel page
• PUBLISHING — Update the step name and URL path (slug)
• STATS — View statistics for your funnel traffic
• SALES — Track any transactions that happen in the funnel
